Made entirely from carbon fiber, DUC turbo deflectors have been designed and developed to improve engine cooling. Particularly suitable for air-cooled engines, they limit temperature variations in cylinder and oil between take-off at full throttle and cruising flight, but also in static flight or on a taxiway.
The turbo deflectors are positioned around the blade root to allow air to enter the air intakes in the engine cowling, both statically and dynamically.
