The TIGER propeller, with its new exclusive profile developed for fast planes, has been developed trough CFD simulation software (ANSYS).
Optimized for low noise emission and highest efficiency than ever (Takeoff | Climb | Cruise) with the best fuel consumption / efficiency ratio.
It follows a high-precision Carbon manufacturing process, with a 3D metallic leading edge protection and prepreg Carbon fiber composites blades & hub.

Equipped with grade 5 titanium hardware, this technology and manufacturing level and requirement degree have never been to this advancement. Their variable pitch carbon hub system allows a wide range of angle variation, while being secured by an innovative self-locking step system.
The setting of the pitch angle of the blades is "Constant Speed", in other words managed automatically by a hydraulic governor which regulates the propeller pitch according to its engine speed setting.
The pitch variation is done by the hydraulic power and the governor adjustment control is simply mechanical (pusher or lever). No electric current is consumed for this type of hydraulic variable pitch propeller.
